At Avxy Jewels, we take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you safely, securely, and hassle-free. All our shipments are insured during transit until they are delivered to you.

Every Diamond Ring accessory purchased from www.avxyjewels.com will be delivered in durable and tamper-proof packaging.

Our trusted courier and logistics partners include FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Canada Post (for domestic deliveries within Canada). For international orders, we may ship through other reputed logistics providers depending on serviceability at your delivery address.

We strongly recommend that you inspect the package carefully for any signs of tampering or damage before accepting the delivery.
For your own security, please record a video while unboxing your order. This will help us resolve any concerns regarding your purchase.

⚠️ Avxy Jewels will not be responsible for orders collected directly from the courier hub or from any location other than the delivery address provided at the time of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery to Identified Person

To ensure secure delivery, customers must provide accurate details of the recipient/consignee at checkout, including:

  • Full Name (as per government-issued photo ID)
  • Complete Address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • Postal Code
  • Contact Number

At the time of delivery, the recipient will need to present one of the following government-issued photo IDs for verification:

  • Passport
  • Driver’s License
  • National/State ID Card
  • Voter’s ID (where applicable)

The courier partner may note the ID details for verification purposes. Recipients are expected to cooperate with this process to ensure secure delivery.

Delivery Locations

  • Orders will only be delivered to the recipient’s residential or business address.
  • Deliveries will not be made to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or open/public locations.

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, the courier company will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package cannot be delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to our facility.

Change in Shipping Address

If you wish to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email us at avxyjewels@gmail.com within 12 hours of order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.
